Chefs to Watch



A talented group of chefs from across the state were recently honored by Louisiana Cookin’ magazine as Chefs to Watch. This year’s honorees included Edgar “Dooky” Chase IV, from Dooky Chase; Todd Pulsinelli, from the American Sector; Matthew Beaudin, from Le Cafe at L’Auberge du Lac Resort in Lake Charles; Michael Brady, from Wine Country Bistro in Shreveport; and Justin Ferguson, from Stroubes Chop House in Baton Rouge. Held at the elegant Harrah’s Theatre, the evening was made memorable with a five-course dinner prepared by the chefs to showcase their talents.
