The Preservation Resource Center held its annual fundraiser, Ladies in Red, at Generations Hall. The fundraiser honors musicians for their contributions to the New Orleans jazz legacy. This year’s honorees were Gregory Davis, Lars Edegran, George French, Albinas Prizgintas, Dr. Michael White and Clive Wilson. Entertainment was by the Baptiste Brothers & Topsy Chapman and Solid Harmony. Sweet Lorraine’s Jazz Club, the Praline Connection, Olivier’s Creole Restaurant, Dooky Chase Restaurant, Lil’ Dizzy’s Café and Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse served up culinary delights.
